Description:

Charles was last reported to have been a part of a tour group for the Linville Caverns located at 19929 US-221, Marion, NC 28752. Tour Guides reported he was wearing a floral button up shirt and beige cargo shorts. Tour guides also stated that around 3:56pm, or 17 minutes into the tour, Charles seemingly vanished from the group. Several eyewitnesses have stated they have spotted him within the caverns on both 10/18/2000 and 10/23/2000. Despite thorough investigation of the caverns there have been no reported sightings since.
