Scott was reported to have last been seen leaving his home located at 705 newark ave Elizabeth New Jersey 07208 with an unidentified man. Several eyewitnesses noted he was carrying a large package and was walking with a limp. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue jeans. Scotts phone records indicate making a long distance call before leaving. Scotts family report not having contact with him for several days before his disappearance.
